Hi there, If you tap on the grey circle icon at the top of your screen, you will go to your profile to see your ideabooks.

@imita, can you try completely deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that solves the crash you are seeing?

Hi again, If you click on photos that are actually Houzz photos that you see in discussions, you will see a button to add them to ideabooks, however, photos that are uploaded directly to a post or comment by the user will not be able to be saved. It could be that the ones you were able to save before were the former type. Sorry for the confusion!

I'm trying to find an idea book that my client has started, she has sent me a number, but did not know how to change this to her name. How do I find her idea book with her ID number.

Hi MMM, Do you have a link to her profile? If so, you should be able to go to her profile and view her ideabook if it is public. If not, she can share the ideabook with you by going to the ideabook and clicking the Invite button at the top to add you to her ideabook. If she is having trouble doing that, please ask her to shoot our support team a note through help.houzz.com. They would be happy to help her!

I can't access all of my idea books either by selecting "Your Houzz" as it goes into one the only has one picture I saved. I have multiple idea books by topic and have been saving a long time. Not just one.

@J K is it possible you may have more than one account and your orders and ideabooks are connected to the other one? (This may seem like a silly question, but I have actually seen this happen inadvertently many times.)

@s593tp I'm seeing your ideabooks on your profile. Are you still not seeing them?

Update: The issue causing this with your ideabooks has been identified and will be fixed in the next release. Look for an app update in the coming week or so.

hi, i cant access my ideas book from my phone. i have 2 ideas book. The second one is fine but when I try to access other book it gives me a message that there is no internet connection. I can still save to it though. Both ideas books can be accessed through my computer. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue is persistent. Any one else having a similar issue?

Can’t find my profile or ideabooks on Houzz. No « grey » circle top of page!! Very frustrating!

Went to check Houzz today on iPhone, was completely logged out (always stay logged in with devices) signed in and all my idea books are gone, my profile is blank, what happened? I've even tried on my desktop with no luck! We have a project coming up in April and I had ideas for this saved, I can't believe all my stuff is gone..so frustrating!

This phone app is not good!! Client wants to share ideas and I cannot access. Yes frustrating to say the least
