My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We are glad you like it, the home and all of the detailing is quite special. The exterior paint is a non-tinted Sherwin Williams Super Paint.

    I appreciate you responding to my question. My husband and I just purchased a charming - somewhat neglected 1920's built Spanish Colonial in northwest Michigan. We are planning on beginning some restoration/remodel work soon and absolutely love the color scheme on your Spanish Colonial pictured here. Perhaps with further study of your photos, we can achieve something as unique and beautiful as your masterpiece home there. It truly is gorgeous.

    Hi Maribel- We started with a stock formula for the body and trim color of the home, and tweaked them with the painters to formulate a color that the design team liked together. Therefore, the paint doesn't "exist" off the shelf...We're glad you like it!
