Hello all,

I've tried over and over to get the yard to grow here over the past 7 years. Sodded a few times, seeded, etc. Each time, cared for the yard as prescribed, but to no avail. I think the oak is poison, basically, but as you can see, it is in my neighbor's yard. I just get the benefit of most of the leaves in my yard. :)

What can I do to make the yard presentable without grass? Any ideas are appreciated!
