Not fruit flies. Perhaps fungus gnats. If so, growing mix is too wet.

White spots on leaves sunburn? Not hardened off? Extra bright day?

I grow them indoor. Shouldn't be sunburn.

Spots on leaves could be a nutrient deficiency also caused by a too wet soil that could be why you see fungus gnats.

Fungus gnats feed below the soil - the larva do that is. I would make a guess this is watering problems but it will come out ok I think.
