Very nice work. I am in Fontana. Do you recall the maker of the roll down screens and exterior wall? I walk by this house often. Love yoru work!

Thanks! there are a couple manufacturers. I've used a few different brands. Call KT @ lake Geneva screens. He used his special mounting hardware for this job. The key is detailing them so they are "hidden." Cheers. Jason

Would you say that those electric heaters work pretty well? My wife and I are planning on building a patio similar to this one, and we're debating on what we should do for the colder months. I've been looking into some electrical heaters that are similar to these ones. I want to know mostly how energy efficient they are. http://www.ajph.com/hvac.html
