Most peppers are native to Bolivia in Northern south america. It gets hot there. But over 100 will stress your peppers. Especially if they are in well draining soil, which is generally a good thing. Keep them watered and give them shade if possible.

It is not hot here, maybe 80's this week, but I just checked the temp in the Greenhouse and it was 100 in there.

I live in Israel , zone 10b since it rarely gets below 35f here, its unusual for the weather to get over 100f ,the average temperature in the summer at day is 88f and at night 75f.

I'm in Central Texas, and it routinely gets over 100 here for days and days. I try to give the plants morning sun and afternoon shade if possible. Production will slow when temps are peaking, but pick up again when it cools in early fall. A measured and regular amount of water throughout the root zone/drip line of the plant and mulch will ensure that it survives.

I agree. If we can grow them in Phoenix AZ you can grow them in Israel. The keys are shade and water. Pick plants that come from hot, dry climates like some of the Mexican, middle eastern and African peppers. Plant them where they get shade for half the day. Water them regularly. Yesterday it was about 38 C here and my Serrano set on a bunch more peppers. Your big harvests will be in late spring and late fall. It will take practice and you'll have to experiment to see what works best. With some skill, you can get your plants to grow all year and produce a nice crop. Same goes for eggplants, by the way.
