From one old fart to another...clicking on the person's name still takes you to their "Home" page, but that just has whatever they put in it. If folks are lazy (like me) there won't be much there. If you want to add info about you, then hover over the "Your Houzz" icon on the top right and select "Edit Profile". Once there, the left side of the screen has "Profile Info" which has a box for what you want to say "About me". If you want anyone to be able to send you a message, go back on the left hand side and select "Advanced Settings". Waaaaay down near the bottom is a box called "Who can message me" If you select "Allow anyone to message me", you'll be able to get messages from anyone, but go up the screen a bit and change "someone messages me" to "Every time" and you'll get an email letting you know you have a message. It is somewhat clumsy, but at least it is something.

Given all the info I've learned from folks like yourself about broms, I hope this helps. Feel free to to ask more, if need be.
