Picking kitchen appliances

We are doing a kitchen remodel and plan a double wall oven. I like the clean look of the Wolf E series probably better than the M series, but worry that the E series started as a builder discount model. We want clean lines, but also enjoy cooking with family and friends so cooking quality matters too. We could pay extra for the M series, but wonder if worthwhile. We also are considering the Jenn-Air double oven partly because iPhone connected V2 would be pretty cool to preheat on the way home if needed - also seems equivalent to the M series for 2k less.

Other plans that are more set are integrated 30" and 24" subzero fridge and freezer. Probably the 36" Wolf 5 burner cooktop for the island. Bosch is set for the dishwasher as I will not try anything else.

Is it weird to have subzero and wolf except the ovens? Is there a clean alternative we have missed? Anyone use all the cooking presets on the higher Wolf or Jenn-Air and like v. dislike?

What should we use?

I had visited the Wolf distributer and have a demonstration scheduled, but do like he simplicity of the E series. I have seen the automated cooking feature, but doubt I'd use. I think if I went high tech the Jenn Air with iPhone control coming this fall is how I'd go. I could preheat as I leave work if planning to cook.

Will Wolf have a smart phone compatible oven within the next 6 months? We are only just now submitting plans for city approval so have some time.

I actually have Kitchen-aid double full sized wall ovens with convection and I didn't think they would become my favorite appliance. I have a small catering business and I do a lot of stuff in the oven even in the hottest days of summer these ovens do not heat up the kitchen they cook evenly the temperature stays constant the convection works well the self clean is amazing. I have always had European appliances so this was a big surprise for me. IMHO Wolf is highly overrated and Sub zero has the worst service so I hear from more than one friend with sub zero fridges. I do love Bosch dishwashers and washer and dryers.

I guess Jenn Air is just the deluxe Kitchenaid, right? All part of the whirlpool brand and unfortunately they share bad repair records. My last range was kitchenaid and died on me after being buggy for a while.

Stuck with subzero for refrigeration as I plan integrated columns and only them and thermador make 84" columns all fridge (30") and all freezer (24"). For the relatively small change in price the subzero is just nicer.

The more I read I'm leaning away from the Wolf oven - any experience with the Bosch oven? I like the look, but don't know anyone that owns them.

We live in a really small town and had service for my ovens in less than a day. I have Fridgedaire fridge / freezer side by side but they are both 30" I love them and for less than 2000 for both can't complain

I do like the fridgedaire. Probably more space that way too. Probably do have the space for the extra 6". Will see what planners say
