Has anyone used this variety for their lawn here? We have an area that has too much shade for any of the typical warm season grasses. I like the idea of thermal blue, and it is supposed to be more shade tolerant, but I can't find a lot of information about how it does in our area -- zone 7b. Can anyone tell me how it has performed? Is it much higher maintenance than other grasses in terms of fertilizer, lime, irrigation, pest and disease problems? Does it also perform well in sun?
