Hi Heather, the floors were sourced through a local Vancouver tile rep, but the tile company is Refin, and the line is called Frame. Where are you located?

These tiles are called encaustic tiles or cement tiles. Cement Tile Shop, Villa Lagoon tile and mosaichse.com all carry them.

Actually this product is not cement tiles, but in fact are porcelain tiles patterned to look like cement tiles.
