DCS Dual Fuel Range - Oven Turns Itself On

I have been using my DCS 366-L dual fuel range for about a week. Last night I turned it off after dinner. As I was going to bed two hours later the fan came on and the heating elements started heating the oven. Knobs were all off and unlit. Had to turn the breaker off to stop the thing. Anyone else having trouble with this unit?

It could be a faulty thermostat. I.e. the thermostat is blocking the signal that the oven should be in "off" mode, and is instead telling the oven to turn on to bring up to some temp that the faulty thermostat thinks it's set at. Don't worry, if that is what's wrong with your range, it is not a difficult repair, and you must still be under warranty.

This could happen with any brand, it's not solely a DCS problem. Any range could have a bum thermostat installed. It happens.
