My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

You american home builders are masters in this. Here in Romania our constructors, home contractors are nowhere near your talent, professionalism, quality and experience, and if i would want to build a house similar to this or more complex they could not do it , period. I envy americans for this. You are the best of the best.
