It looks like some kind of virus to me,hopefully I'm wrong, others will give you better advice..

Your canna displays typical symptoms of a viral infection,
likely CaYSV or CaYMV. If you intend to keep growing this canna, I strongly
recommend moving it far away from your other cannas and institute a good
insecticide prevention program targeting sucking insects (primarily aphids).
There is NO cure for an infected plant.

Hey thanks guys. On that note, does anyone have a trusted source of non-virused 'Cleopatra'? I really liked that one so I'm a bit disappointed.

Kent, no I dug it up and threw it out. I have a bunch of Canna and don't want the others infected. Hopefully I got to it fast enough.

They are also sold through his website, www.briansbotanicals.us but his eBay auctions have much better pricing. The cannas I've purchased have been very healthy and good sized which makes them well worth the few extra dollars. Floridahillnursery.com is a good source for virus indexed cannas too.
