IDK, good question. Try adding a pic of the whole plant? If there's slugs or snails living in the pot, repotting could help.

I've repotted it already and didn't find anything out of the ordinary!!! Surely I wouldn't miss snails or slugs!!! Eeeeck!!!

This plant looks great from the last pic! We still have a mystery though... the leaf holes...

I know!!! Its crazy!!! Yesterday I cut off a vine because all the leaves were limp.

It also has a couple of stems that are thick and brown instead of green.

Does the pot have good drainage?? It sounds like symptoms of root rot ... especially if the leaves near the soil line are dying before the tips. Pothos would actually prefer a little neglect rather than a little extra care. When you repotted, did you loosen the root ball? It may be too rootbound which is preventing proper drainage. Let the soil dry out a little between waterings. If the thick brown stems still have some healthy leaves, cut them off and trim so only healthy green stem remains. You can root them in a clear container of water or put them back in the soil ... since the plant isn't 100% healthy right now, I would go the first route. I think the plant is healthy and it really is just mechanical damage!!! The roots look great and its growing like crazy. I pruned a few stems too. I was looking at her this morning and she's beautiful!!!
