We are in the Indianapolis area and received what seems a very high quote for retiling and resurfacing a 18 x 38 concrete pool. I would appreciate anyone's thoughts or experiences

Tile $5500

Remove plaster $7000

Replaster $6600

This is way out of budget but we do have tiles falling off and need to get the pool in shape
