I recently found out that the ground cover that grows in my flower bed every year is purslane and that is a great tasting edible plant. Although I don't like it in my flower bed and usually pull it out and lay mulch down every year (it always comes back) I'm now interested in trying to grow it in a pot to harvest but have no idea how to go about doing it. Any help? Thanks in advance
