My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floors are terrazzo. The original part of the home was built in 1959 with poured terrazzo floors, and we matched the terrazzo when extending the kitchen. However, most of the new addition had poured concrete floors as terrazzo is very expensive to pour today.
