My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am in Dallas this week for work. I took a detour from the airport to the corporate office and went by Golden D'or fabric warehouse. I walked out of there with 35 yards of batiks at less than $7 per yard.

    I have the pattern for Judy Niemeyer's Fire Island Hosta Queen that I plan to make from this fabric. Of course I did not have my yardage needs with me so I bought extra LOL
