What type of canopy are you using for the ball lights?

I'm looking for a canopy that will fit on a similar sized beam - which from the picture appears to be 3.5". I can tell that you're not using the original canopy - the one you're using here appears to be the same as the one in the dining room.

    rbaldasari. the canopy's were found online by Risa our architect i'm not sure where but are meant to cover a pancake box which is what we used on the beams. the dining room canopy actually was what came with the fixture and just barely fit.
