Stairway help!

hello! I need help with decorating my stairway. Attached is what I have so far. My theme is modern with some browns and tribal stuff. I've also attached pictures from my
living room and dining so you can kinda see my style. Any suggestions for my stairway?

I love what you have done with the dining room and living room. For the stairway, I think the little pictures are too small and make it look cluttered. I would put them in another room and just leave the one main picture. Less is more sometimes.

No I don't think two taller skinnier frames would be better. I think one large picture/piece of art is
best. I am personally not a fan of tigers but I think the size of the one painting is right for the space.

The others rooms look really great but I agree with the other designer that the scale of the small photos take away from the openness of the stairway.

I noticed that you have contrast colors in the other rooms...maybe having the wood rail a dark wood color might enhance the area .

I would agree, get rid of the little frames. Keep the big piece of art. I would also add some plant life on the ledge there though. Maybe in the corner? I think the painting would also benefit from a frame.

Love your place! The size of the tiger print is perfect- just remove the lil frames. Good job!

Since it looks like you have black accents in the other rooms, how about painting the ledge and the hand rail black?
