My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Buffet w/marble top is from Ralph Lauren. The cost several years ago was about $8,000.
    The Table and Chairs are custom design though a designer showroom in San Francisco. Only sold to "the trade" meaning design professionals. Cost of table & chairs (several years old now) run about $25,000.
