My rooftop deck is 16'x24' with white railing. Still deciding if I should hang lights above for our party or around the railing for more permanent look. It gets windy. What length of the lights would you recommend purchasing if I wanted to hang them above? What length and color of the cord if I wanted to hang them around the white railing? Thank you.
