I have been staring at these ok cabinets for months now, my partner refuses to have them painted (of course). However, as long as I keep the integrity of the wood he will allow them to be stained.
So, I've searched and searched for the right look. Our home is an open floor plan, and right off the kitchen is a giant tan, light brown, and chocolate brick fireplace ( that literally is floor to ceiling and at least 10ft long) that (of course) he refuses to have painted or tampered with.
With this in mind, I've chosen to try and go in a bit of a rustic direction. Choosing neutrals as my main staples throughout the home. So, the first picture is of my oh so bold oak cabinets in which I need stain suggestions and overall design tips. The two other pictures are my inspirations ( let me know what you all think)
