Your bedding will look great with the wall. If you want to hide the blinds put the sheers over them. Your woods have gray in them, and if your bedding does to go with gray. I would try to match my sheers to a color in the bedding.

To me the bedding doesn't look like it has grey in it, so I wouldn't go for the grey sheers. Moreover they would differ too much from the red wall, breaking it up. Seeing how lovely the bedding looks against the maroon bedhead, I think you should go for a brownish red that goes with both your wall and the bedding. I have sheers over the blinds in my bedroom as well and they make the space feel very cozy, so I can definitely recommend them :)

I would not buy the bedroom set. Maybe the bed, but not the whole set. With that bedding--which is awesome--and the equally awesome red wall, I think you can do much better for dresser and nightstands than the furniture in the set.

I like the cleaner lines of the blinds (no sheers) with the patterned bedding (beautiful). Also agree with Grover, sets of furniture are not your friends :)

I think a cream rug would be much better - not too matchy matchy. And therefore I also agree with groveraxle about the bedroom set

Hmmm...I'm in Vegas limited on furniture stores RCWilley is the main store here that I use...walker furniture way overpriced and very large sets too big for bedroom...Bassett furniture didn't have what I wanted and I agree love the bed furniture not fond of the whole set please post pics of how to match dressers, chest nightstand...if you see anything at RC willey Summerlin location please feel free to look and post. I so appreciate all of your input I'm feeling positive!

ok...checked for furniture online I found these pieces at RC Willey...im thinking if i find a chest of drawers like the one posted above large enough for both hubby and I...I won't need to buy separate dressers etc...one big one would be perfect. You are all so awesome! What do you think of these pieces...too much white? Too distressed looking? not sure...I see lots online but I like to be able to touch and see what im buying in person..

Still searching for a teal dresser like the one you posted....we have a colleens consignment i think i will take a visit and see what they have as well....

Check craigslist for any dresser with great bones. Condition doesn't matter because you're gonna paint it with chalk paint anyway.

Do not go with matching bedside tables either. The table lamps can be the same & the height of the tables can be the same but the tables themselves should be different. I think the bedding & rug you have chosen is getting lost in the flooring.
