What size container should I use?

The camellia I bought is a Japonica, and I bought it in a 5 gallon container. I can see the roots coming out of the top of the pot. Wondering what size planter should I move up too... The nursery pot is 10" wide x 11" deep. I have one pot that's 14" wide x 12" deep (3" wider and 1" deeper than the black nursery pot). I also have one that's 16" x 16". Or should I get something in between?
