Has anyone had success training Lofos to climb? This year in have two containers next to my lattice privacy screen, each container having a lofos plant in it. I'm trying to get it to climb, but it doesn't seem to be growing much...and it's been 3 solid weeks. Also, from what I've researched, Lofos does not need to be dead-headed, but, the spent blooms look like crap because they're not falling off. Any advice would be great.

PS I do Miracle-Gro every 2 weeks.
