BM Caliente is a very nice red too.

This is not the kind of house that can get away with a red door. I would reconsider and just do it black. The focal point is the stone red just seems cheesy to me.

I vote black too. If you really want a red or burgundy, I vote red.

You could do a turquoise type color too!

I didn't realize how much black your house has on it. This is what red would have looked like.

I like the burgundy since the shudders are a darker tone. It blends a little better than the red.

Its your home, so you should do what you want. I do think it looks nice, but I do agree with others that the pop of color would be nice, I remember reading somewhere that the exterior colors on a home should be 3 colors, actually it was here on Houzz, LOL. see below:

The white is good as it it. The red would clash with the stone.

I would paint it black. if I had to choose between red or burgundy, I would opt for red.

The black is fine, but burgundy would be more welcoming, red being the choice historically though if you live in the northeast :)

Black looks good, but IMHO the door needs something brighter to break up all the black. The right red would be my choice. Marks pic is a good example.
