My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I for one am not going to go back and forth searcing for those choices. Without seeing all the choices for the rest of the kichen it is a mystery. BTW IMO quartz is always a bad choice for counters .
You definitely need to post photos of the the slabs you've listed in your post. Most people aren't going to search to find the countertops.
Also, if you want help decided which to use in your kitchen, you'll need to provide photos of your cabinets/flooring in order for people to provide opinions.

I would also post pics of the exact slabs you have seen as there are plenty of complaints about older samples and the color being different, etc. Also the "graining" will never be the same as the quartz slabs are poured.
