I'm confused, the layout you are showing does not have a tub, just a large shower with a dry off area. If you are wanting to change it, it would be helpful if you stated what you like and do not like about the current layout.

I'd flip the toilet and shower so it's easier access for midnight trips.

I'm also not keen on the entrance hallway, but since I can't see what is on the other side of that wall I can't offer an alternative either.

I don't see the point of the tiny linen closet that constricts your walkway when you have a giant closet right there. I'd also reverse shower and toilet as suggested above.

That does seem like a good idea to flip the toilet enclosure with the shower and remove the linen closet.

Then the door to the bathroom would open up against the toilet pocket door wall.

The shower area would show up nicely and feel more open without the linen closet.

I have a similar entrance hall to my bedroom. Its great since the bedroom is so close to the main activities of the house. It blocks noise and light.

the shower with the drying area is great, what a luxurious touch! one question is, would you feel like you would want the shower more private, like the toilet is? that way someone who just is at the sink could still be there.
