Any Idea's? (Nutrient problem?)

Hi attached are two photo's of a Tepin and Lemon Drop cross plant that was overwintered from last year. The plant was recently loaded with pods and i picked them last week however the yellowish tips with green veins started slowly about the time the pods were forming steadily getting worse. Any idea's what this could be? The soil in the #5 root pouch is the 511 soil mix and basically been fertilizing it along with the rest of my plants with Dyna Gro liquid gro 7 9 5 every week or so. The only other plant showing this was overwintered lemon drop plants and was much worse and was fixed as soon as the weather warmed up around March. I am asking because this is the only plant that was actually loaded with pods so early. All other plants are flowering and show no signs of this and are in the same soil.

thx Merlin
