Need Help and Design a detached Garage into a modern Apartment.

I jus bought this house in Jupiter and it came with a brand new detached 800 sq ft - 12 ft ceiling garage/ warehouse ! It already has a bathroom in it and I want to turn it into a contemporary apartment. Your help is much appreciated. There are 2 doors and only 1 window.
