Just screw the hooks into the outer top of your window frame and hang the loops over the hooks.

Actually, beyond the hook and loop stuff, there are two different ways that the shade can be hung: inside the frame and outside. Each type of hanging makes a different look. I simply thought that providing instructions would help future customers to know that.

They are generally hung outside the window frame, but can be hung from the inside as well. I cannot find an order in our system with your name. I will be happy to email you the instruction sheet if you did not receive one with an order. Please provide me with your order number, if you have one.

I bought them through Houzz and installed them fine. This was only a suggestion that instructions be included.
