What is this plant?

Trying to know whether to pull or not pull. Three prong leaf with flower bud clusters where leaf joins stem. Upright--about 3' high today June 14, 2015. We're in Minneapolis.
Note: The photos are posted sideways for some reason. How does one prevent that?
