Dimensions on each piece, please? Coffee table's glass: attached?

I need full dimensions, including weight, on each piece of this set. Also, there appears to be a glass top on the coffee table but I can't tell if it's attached or attachable, firmly, to the bottom of the table; please confirm. And are all the cushions included in the set, or just the throw pillows?
