It could still create orange to reddish flowers, whatever it is, if your temps are high enough. Don't know where you live.

You sure have a beautiful tree!!

Its so hard to try a put a name on a tree since the only true way to identify a named variety is from a cutting. If you are not sure where it came from, we recommend that you pick a name .. Add it to the tag as a " noid from Maui". Or Roberto's beauty!! Trees can produce so many colorations from one variety. That's why it's hard to I'd from a pic., others can say it looks like XXX, but it could be another cultivar all together.

i dont know why but my post was "posted" twice in the other post David Ritcher told me this:

Move your finger tip along the mid rib of a leaf. Towards the very end, there should be a tangible "hook".

he is complety rigth, it has a hook and has a very soft smell like peaches, dont know how it got to this small local nursery

i was a very good lucky to buy this as a red and get this

i am in laredo tx, temps this year are been not typical, we should be around 105f dry and havent been near close, been around 95f and humid,

Looks like Penang Peach to me too. Since its not labeled as Penang Peach I would refrain from calling it anything more than a Penang Peach Seedling to prevent any confusion if you were to propagate it.

I used to get hung up on the name of particular varieties when I first started out with Plumeria's, especially when purchased as "noid's". I just had to know the name!! But like Loveplants2 said, it is hard to identify the name based only on the flower color and shape of a photo that is posted. Add unknown temps and humidity and it only confuses things.

With that being said, I enjoy both the named varieties I have purchased as such, and also the seedlings that I have started that eventually bloomed. Enjoy!!
