Where can you buy hoe-matics?

We have a bunch of these hand tools that we give volunteers at my job. It is a hoe/ cutting edge on one side and a tiller/cultivator on the other. We bought them one upon a time at Ace for around $10, and now we want to buy more but can't find them anywhere. Anybody know any companies that still make them? It is a really great tool, I don't know why they wouldn't make it anymore.

I'm pretty sure I've seen them in Lowes also.
