I have a front and back deck with all kinds of potted gardening on both...but the back deck may be more in line with your need. I have a few veggies and several flowering pots. (Lettuce Table, Horseradish, mint, chives - then pots of flowers in the corners). I'm in rural NE Norman, but with all the flooding - you might have a hard time getting to Franklin Road.
