Sorry, I am just so excited about this. It is a Lumix DSLR and I am on my learning curve - lol. 2 days to figure out how to download the pictures - it took 2 of us, 2 computers and it's still not right. I hope you enjoy!!

This is an echiveria I picked up this spring. The concrete pot seems perfect for the colouring.

Flowers on my kalanchoe - I just love that I can do close-ups again, and the pics are so crisp!!

The California Poppies are in full swing - I love the lush look. The other poppies and cosmos are filling in too.

Taco Belle likes coming out front to 'help' us weed. She loves her sun-beam.

Pita's nose was out of joint that she was not invited. She does not understand the fast cars even on our little street. Here she is checking out the lupines before she was unceremoniously dumped back in the house.

This is our neighbour's Oriental Poppy. I love the screen feature of the camera that lets me view the shot at odd angles!!

Rescued iris that we 'saved' from the other neighbour's garden - they (he) dug everything out and put it in garbage bags. I am pleased that this bloomed the first year - ignore those healthy weeds - lol. We also saved quite a few peonies and the lupine you saw earlier.
