The 2nd part to this question. Currently the room is a breezeway -- it has decking flooring is semi-outside, but we are looking to convert it by putting plywood, then heating coal, then tile (or this veneer) on top, but am not sure if it is meant for the floor and/or if it is a good idea to put in a semi-outside area. The space will be drywall, door, and sealed windows. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
