Can't tell how big it is. I don't think it's Capsella, but that's what comes to mind.

I agree with Thlaspi arvense. Pennycress due to the flat rounded seed pods a bit like coins.

That's the similar plant I couldn't think of! I knew it wasn't Capsella from the shape of the pods & no differently-shaped basal leaves.

It is a bit of a mouthful. The 'arvense' part just means 'of fields or farmland'. Many weeds of cultivation have have that in their name.

Pennycress is a pretty useful common name, at least in this instance.
