Yes it is root damage from all the water. I got Bill and it too. Just waiting for the soil to dry out so I can do a side dressing of fertilizer for them all to make up for all that washed away. We will lose some leaves as a result but the new growth should be fine as long as we don't get hit with lots more rain again. As you know it is more likely that now we get the 105 degree days and the 99% humidity until things dry out. ;-(

The leaves with yellow spots between the vein are due to magnesium deficiency, but it's not that bad, could be due to the rain you're having. Maybe just a small dose of epsom salt for the plants later once the soil dries.
