Hi, ellakvc. Thanks for your interest! The stain on both the floors and the stairs are Minwax Jacobean.

Is this white or red oak? BEAUTIFUL!!

Hi, Keith. Thanks for your message -- the floors are red oak planks that we sanded in place and stained with one coat Minwax Jacobean, satin finish. We did not water pop before staining. Hope that helps! Thanks again for your interest.
