Get it OUT of the water tray. Keep the soil moist only. Give it bright INDIRECT Sun.

I second Tommy's comment as to the water situation -- do not allow it to sit in water. Your Drosera, yes, as they are bog plants. However, Nepenthes are not. They don't like to dry out, but they don't like to drown either.

Regarding the light ... I don't fully agree with Tommy. Direct sun indoors is often a very different thing than direct sun outdoors. If your Nep is currently getting direct sun indoors, you may be okay (especially if said sun is morning or evening sun). From the photo it is hard to tell, but the leaves look to be a fairly deep green. As such, if the plant is getting direct sun and stays that color, you should be okay. Your Drosera, on the other hand, will definitely want direct sun for at least a good portion of the day. I do, however, question your use of a grow light. It is unclear from your post -- are you exposing the plant to light 24/7? If yes, then it might be well to stop doing so. There is some question as to whether such a cycle might be detrimental to some plants. Don't know of any such studies done with Nepenthes but as they do not receive light 24/7 in nature, there is the possibility that they may have evolved to carry on certain processes more efficiently at night.

Be curious as to whether anyone is aware of any good studies on the matter?

I actually found a post to a different forum about a guy who experimented with lighting for 20-24 hours with no dark cycle. Also here is a current picture of the nep.

Well yes, very early morning or late afternoon Sun would be fine. Very early or very late when the strength is the weakest. Some of mine get very late afternoon Sun but not for long. They are all pitchering.
