I would pull it too. The others look great.

Any herbicide used in the area? Including on the other side of the fence?
I ask because that's classic symptoms from 2,4-D.

I have used Weed-b-Gon, but not in weeks and this plant is covered by other plants that do not have curling leaves. Would be odd that it is the only one this occurred to.

Well, it may be odd but it surely looks like that's what it is.

Virus damage looks similar but not the same.

Could insects carry herbicides? Just wondering. I would cut off the damaged parts and see if you get any recovery before destroying the plant. I have this every so often (I grow over fifty plants each year) and while the production wanes sometimes, other times the plant comes back stronger.

I also noticed it was the closest to the fence. What is going on over the fence? Are the neighbors spraying?

The other side of the fence is my property. I ended up pulling the plant out last week. The others were towering over it by then and I'm sure they could use the extra room. Might as well let the other plants get the nutrients and sunlight.
