It looks like transplant stress. I know it was too wet to plant for a long time, so we've had to wait past prime planting time. The tree is just in a bit of shock. Water well, but don't drown the tree. Dig a small hole near the rootball and use your fingers to gage if watering is needed. If it's dry, water. If it feels moist, wait a day or two and check again. Make sure you're watering the rootball around the trunk, too. You'll need to be diligent in checking moisture level through the summer. You can pick off those yellow leaves, removing them will help you see if the yellowing stops or continues. Keep us posted!
