Canary Island Date Palm - Help (droopy fronds)

I had two Canary Island Date Palms planted exactly a month and a week ago. The fronds were let loose two weeks ago. One palm seems to look ok and the other has very droopy fronds. Can someone tell me if I should be doing something to help this palm straighten out? Fertilizer, tie up, etc.? I've attached pictures of both, you can clearly tell which I'm talking about. Also any recommendations as far as care for both of these palms. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Location?..., Current weather conditions?

Were they previously containerized or moved out of the ground?

What is the soil moisture like? I would NOT fertilize any plant suffering from either stress or shock. I have never seen this on my Canaries but did see something similar with a Cycas (Sago Palm) that became extremely dehydrated, when I watered it, the crown lifted. But wait, till you see a response specific for your palm.

I'm located in Miami and yes it was in. 200 gallon container. It's been scorching hot lately. I water both every day for about 10-15 minutes each and fill the ditch around the palm.... When the other was let loose it stayed pretty upright. This one is pretty sluggish. Someone told me to give it time and it should prop up but I'm a bit concerned.

Yeah, I don't blame you for being concerned. After a month and half, it should be looking more vigorous. Also, how does the NEW growth look from the emerging spear? Is it bending as well?

Being containerize, transplanting should not have been such a big factor. Heat stress probably does not help, but there may just be a problem with that palm unrelated to the move. Is there any kind of warranty to cover potential loss? Palms are very tolerant, BUT when they do go into decline, it can be irreversible.

Well most of the fronds look pretty green and healthy. They new growth seems to be somewhat bent but more upright. Called the grower today, he said he would go by this weekend and tie up all the fronds again, but this time to a stick he will install flush with the trunk to make sure the fronds stay upright. Give it some time and then let it loose again. Pretty nice guy.... Hope this helps/ works. Still pretty concerned, it was an ordeal to have this thing planted.
