Yellow leaves; should I freak out?

This is a California Sunset. Other than the yellow leaves, it seems to be doing well: the green leaves are strong, and there are lots for flower buds. Is this normal, or should I be worried? It isn't even July yet, so it seems a little early to be going dormant.

Yes, I would say it's drying out too often. Perhaps it needs potting up to a larger pot.

Thanks for the input, everybody. I repotted it back in March, so I think that's ok, but it has been warmer than our usual June, so I'll keep a closer eye on the moisture. Thanks again.
