Weight issues for rooftop deck?

We want to install a fire bowl on our rooftop deck, to connect to an existing gas line. I have concerns/questions about the weight:
1) Would the delivery include going up 3 flights of stairs to the rooftop of the townhome? Is the bowl possible to carry that far?
2) Any possible issue with the weight over time on Trex Composite Decking?

this probably weighs about 125lbs.

if you are local, it includes white glove delivery, which is placement of the fire pit. If you are not local, the delivery is for freight and crate fees and does not include placement of the fire bowl.

there has been no issues from our products being on composite decking that we know of.
