How big do Mountain Ash trees get in Calgary?

I am seriously considering getting a Black Hawk Mountain Ash to place the Schubert in my front yard. The only thing is, I worry that it may get to be too big for my city lot. How big do they really get in Calgary please, recognizing that many trees and shrubs don't grow to their full size here in Chinook country?

We had a mountain ash, not sure what variety, the top of it was higher than our roof. I have no idea how old it was. We took it down because it had hail damage and dead branches on the inside. Below is a photo of it before.

There are some in my neighborhood that are smaller, not sure how old they are.

So that is a bit smaller than the advertised size and I like that!!! The mountain ash is climbing up my list of possibilities... Thx!
