My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    At the end of the day, prices come from actual installers. It's clear that if you have the funds available and plan to remain in the home, buying is a better investment than leasing. But with that said, only gathering and comparing quotes from actual installers will both show price and estimate production. Then you can make a data based decision.
